What We Store

DeetsDash stores account definitions, dashboard definitions, session records, and provider connection records needed to render and refresh your cards. For TikTok-connected accounts, this includes server-side access and refresh tokens plus the authorized handle metadata required for sync.

How Data Is Used

Stored provider credentials are used only to refresh the metrics you explicitly connect and publish through DeetsDash. Public dashboards display cached metric output and do not expose your raw third-party access tokens.

Operational Retention

We retain the minimum connected-account data needed to keep your cards refreshing until you disconnect the account, the token expires, or the integration is removed. Logs and diagnostics may temporarily include sync and error metadata needed to operate the service.
